The Korean singer PSY has hit charts all over the world with his pophit ''Gangnam Style''.
It had people and celebrities all over the world do his dance.
And in late november his video has had over 1 million views.
Now he has broke a record..
His video ''Gangnam Style'' has had over 1 billion views.
It's the first video ever on Youtube with 1 billion views and the first with so many likes.
Do you think PSY deserved this record or should it go to an other artist?
