Rihanna for Balmain's S/S 2014 Campaign

After Lady Gaga for Versace and recently Erykah Badu for Givenchy, creative director Olivier Rousteing of Balmain decided that none other than Rihanna was perfect for the campaign of his Spring/Summer 2014 collection. The campaign images were shot by Inez and Vinoodh and Mel Ottenberg styled her in the two looks.

He posted some behind-the-scenes images on his Instagram page saying that she is '..more than an icon''. Not only is she his inspiration but also for an entire generation, I agree. To have Rihanna as his campaignstar is a dream come true for the young designer. "In front of the camera, she makes you feel like she is the only girl in the world," Olivier Rousteing told WWD. "When the woman that inspires you wears your creations, your vision feels complete!"

After Rihanna visited Olivier's studio in Paris a few months ago, I was actually expecting a collaboration or something between the two. Rousteing admires her, so I saw this coming and I think it's perfect! Her wavy c

Beyoncé is the Face of H&M's Summer 2013 Campaign!

Beyoncé is officially announced as the face H&M's Summer 2013 Campaign.
Inez & Vinoodh captured the superstar the beautiful Bahamas.
The ''Beyoncé as Mrs. Carter in H&M'' campaign will be revealed soon with her upcoming track ''Standing on the Sun'' as background music for the ad.
''It was a beautiful shoot on a tropical island. It felt more lik making a video than commercial'', where B's words about the campaign.
The head of design of H&M, Ann-Sofie Johansson says that B is wearing the H&M musthaves you'll be needing for the warm summer in the campaign.
But the thing what makes this campaign and its items special is that Beyoncé also was in charge of the designs which ensures that the items have her personal style.
And also that 25% of all the proceeds will go to WaterAid.

The collection is expected to hit stores in May.

Miranda Kerr's TV Advert as the Face of MANGO!

As you might know by now, Miranda Kerr is the nw face of Mango's Spring/Summer '13 campaign.
The Spanish retailer has now revealed their tv ad.
Like the print images, the video is shot by Inez and Vinoodh.
Aussie model Miranda is presenting the main trends for this upcoming season.

Milla Jovovich and Anja Rubik for Vogue Paris February 'New York Part 1 & 2'

The gorgeous actress/model/musician/designer Milla Jovovich is gracing the February cover of Vogue Paris.
She was captured by the dutch photography duo Inez and Vinoodh with the New York skyline rising behind her.
She's also starring in the editorial which is a homage for the great city New York!
In the editorial you see Mill 'defending' NY with an imaginary pistol.
But this is just part 1 of the 4 parts about NY.
Part two features the beautiful Polish model Anja Rubik.

The images are bringing us closer to the artsy neighborhoods of New York like Soho and Greenwich Village and to meet the new generation of US Fashion.
Anja was posing for Mario Sorrenti's camera for part 2 of the editorial 'New York'.
