Trending| ''Planking'', sickest trend ever?

Planking began as "playing dead" in 2003."On one’s belly", 2004, and the Lying Down Game (1997 or 2006) in South Korea, Europe and Japan.The term "planking" was coined in Australia and became a hype (fad) in 2011.

The Planking Australia group on Facebook has announced 25 May 2011 as the inaugural annual Planking Day, to encourage new and group planking. On May 13, 2011, a 20-year-old male from Gladstone in central Queensland was charged for allegedly planking on a police vehicle.

Planking, is an action of lying your Face down with arms to the sides of the body, in unusual public spaces

and photgraphing it.

Planking is just like playing dead on extraodanary places.

Just act like a plank, stiff.

Rules Of Planking : Planking is a simple yet effective procedure. 'You got a body, you got a Plank' Ashley Wilson 11 But one can't just go around lying down willy nilly, There are a few rules that need to be adhered to. When performing a Plank: 1/ You must always lay face down, ensuring your face remains expressionless for the duration of the Plank. 2/ Your legs must remain straight, and together with toes pointed. 3/ Your arms must be placed by your side, held straight and fingers pointed. 4/ You must make it known that you are Planking. Saying 'I am Planking' usually get this across. Sternly announcing it will ensure a good result. 5/ Your safety should always be considered. Properly thought through Planking procedures should always go to plan. Never put your self at undue risk. 6/ Every Plank that is captured must be named. You hear the catchy song all summer long popping into all the clubs. The song was released early in 2010, but only after a new worldwide marketing campaign were arrested.
In 2009 the singer during a performance at the Mamaia Festival discovered. The 22-year-old Romanian released that same year her first single "Lollipop" off.
The song was a big success in Eastern Europe.

In case you missed it, the Victoria’s Secret 2011 swimwear collection is out! This year’s Victoria’s Secret swimwear collection has incorporated some of the popular lingerie features, such as the push-up Miraculous bra design, for ladies who need a bit more lift.

However, even if you don’t need that “extra” lift, Victoria’s Secret has got some swimsuits with eye-catching neon and animal prints. Kings Of Leon-frontman ; Caleb Follwill Married!

Kings of Leon singer Caleb Followill has been married to his girlfriend Lily Aldridge. 
The 29-year-old rocker and 25-year-old model were married Thursday.

The two promised each other eternal love during an intimate ceremony.
Only friends and family where invited to the rang in California where the mariage took
place.
Aldridge wore a designed dress by designer Vera Wang.
Followill was dressed in a suit of Fashion House of GUCCI. ''It was a perfect day,''he says.

The denim shirt/blouse makes a comeback this season with the collections on the catwalk including Chloe and G-Star. It is up to you how you wearing the shirt. Open or closed, in or out of your pants, a light or dark shade, wide or tight, you just as long as you feel comfortable. We are particularly impressed by the combination Chloe, where the camel color was combined with the light blue color.

Blazers with rolled up sleeves are so totally 80s and set to bang on trend for Spring/Summer '11.
Bur rolled up sleeves aren't the only thing that can/will be rolled up.
Rolled up trousers, chinos, shorts and bermuda's.
Oversize boyfriend style jackets are best for recreating this look and to bring the rolled up jacket up to date just team it with some skinny jeans and a retro 80s tshirt.
The highstreets are already on top of this new trend with most stores currently stocking their on take on the look.

The Chino is back in the sprin/summer of 2011. This time is the pants not fussy but super hot and totally in! The Chino pants are less extreme than the harem pants with low croch and is has a little more space around the hips.

This pants will join in the sloughy (baggy pants) trend. The absolute golden rule for these trousers is : keep the top narrow to maintain a good balance, We've seen the pants coiled, and cover with casual or business of cut. When the high summer soon will arive, I gues we'll even see a Chino bermuda short. What you'll also see is Men with Chinos. Its quit a trend!

An important question that comes for women/girls with these pants trend is: What kind of shoes I wear there? The answer: Make it a party. Pull female shoes to be proud of, for example with additional straps, or a special sole plootjes. Choose eenschoen preferably with heels, which need not be high tower
